MEAT #2

i ended up drawing what i want to eat
the skewer is called "satay" in our mother tongue

-A simple block of grilled meat seasoned with salt and pepper
-meat skewer that has been marinated in honey and herbs then Sprinkled with smoked salt while flame grilled
-With marinated veggies(acar) and peanut sauce with extra chunk of roasted and finely blended nuts
-shreded pickled radish as pallate cleanser to subdue the overwhelming taste of fat
